Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing GraphicsInn. Our commitment is to provide a seamless downloading service. Please read our Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and the conditions associated with our billing.

1. Wallet Top-Up Policy

All deposits and top-ups made to your GraphicsInn wallet balance are final. Once funds are credited to your account wallet, they cannot be refunded to your credit card, PayPal, bank account, or any other gateway. Wallet credits can only be used to download digital assets on our platform.

2. Download Failures & System Errors

If credits are deducted from your wallet for a download attempt that fails (e.g. due to third-party API issues, server timeout, or invalid links), you are eligible for a credit adjustment. In such cases:

• The system automatically attempts to revert the transaction if a failure is detected by the API.
• If the balance is deducted but no download link was generated, please contact our support team with the transaction details.
• We will verify the log files, and if the download is confirmed as failed, we will credit the deducted amount back to your GraphicsInn wallet.

3. Invalid URLs & User Errors

Refunds or credit returns will NOT be issued for downloads that fail because the user provided an unsupported, invalid, or broken third-party asset link. It is the user's responsibility to make sure the link pasted is correct and active.

4. Account Ban & Violation of Terms

No refunds (neither wallet balances nor original payments) will be given to users whose accounts are suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions (e.g., using bulk downloader bots, scripting, account sharing, or attempting to exploit API vulnerabilities).
