1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account or downloading assets from GraphicsInn, you signify your agreement to these Terms of Service, all applicable laws, and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Service Description

GraphicsInn provides a pay-per-file asset downloading service that allows registered members to fetch files from supported third-party stock databases (such as Shutterstock, Adobe Stock, Freepik, and others) using a wallet credit system. We do not sell the assets ourselves; we provide a shared licensed API access pool to simplify individual licensing.

3. User Wallet & Credits

To download assets, you must deposit funds into your wallet balance. All wallet top-ups are final. Credits deducted from your wallet for successful downloads are non-refundable. Wallet balances do not expire as long as your account remains active.

4. Permitted Use & Licensing

All assets downloaded through GraphicsInn are subject to the original licensing terms of the respective platform (e.g., Shutterstock, Adobe Stock, Freepik). Users are responsible for complying with the end-user licensing agreements (EULA) of these third-party platforms. GraphicsInn is not responsible for copyright violations resulting from improper use of downloaded assets.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from using automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or other tools to bulk-download or stress-test our API and website interfaces. Account sharing or reselling your GraphicsInn access is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate ban without refund of the wallet balance.

6. Modifications to Terms

GraphicsInn reserves the right to revise or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use the site, you agree to be bound by the current version of these Terms.
